    Honestly sad that a bank of this size is incompetent to this point. The staff always seem like they don’t want be there and make frequent mistakes while counting your cash and you have to double account it and the manager I believe her name is tarisa (may be incorrect) is very unprofessional and tends to brush clients off or constantly talks over them. I will be shutting down my account after this experience even though this is the closet bank to where I live. KeyBank how hard is it to actually train your employees properly or hire a manager that actually cares about the clients that use your bank and I’m not the only one that feels that way towards this location I’ve been warned by family not to go there and even my neighbors but still didn’t listen. I don’t blame corp for the actions of it’s employees I just wish things can change

    Everyone there is very competent and friendly. I've been frequenting this bank for decades and have never had a negative experience. They seem to go the extra mile to be nice and provide prompt service.
