We visited the branch on 150 country road, in westbury where we met Sayed. He is an amazing banker and went out of his way to help us.

- AAAksDec 19, 20171.0I just went in today to ask what all I need to open a bank account. The lady I dealt with suddenly got disinterested the moment I told her I do not have exactly the documents she was asking and what can be provided as alternative documents. Also, she told me that I would need a minimum amount of money to be deposited in the account. The amount was a little big but I said I will come back tomorrow once I have all the documents. The way she dismissed me by saying if you have the money you can get an account opened was derogatory. I am a potential customer. Unless I didn't state that I don't have that amount, it was bad of her to judge me. It was pathetic customer service.
