The atm also took my debit card for “security reasons” I have never been so pissed off before. I haven’t had a debit card in weeks TD was suppose to mail me one I still haven’t gotten a card.

- PRPS RedzOct 6, 20251.0Horrible Bank, Horrible Staff, Horrible Location, Horrible Manager On 5 different visit to this TD Bank location on Liberty Ave &120th Street Richmond Hill for usage of ATM having issue, only 1 ATM working, other no paper for receipts, only accept deposit no cash, and today 10/6 all 4 ATM are out of service. My inquiry to staff and manager provide the same answers, it’s main branch TD Bank issues and ATM are service by contract. Staff was not helpful, rude and disrespectful. Waiting 2 plus hours for customer service even then Staff is rude, acts like they doing customer a favor. If TD Bank Liberty Ave & 120th Street Richmonf Hill staff is unhappy serving customers please quit and get another job elsewhere. Also if the contractor for the ATM is not maintaining and servicing machines properly please end contract and hire another company. Or is it that TD Bank is racist and don’t care to provide the basic minimum service to customer using this specific banks location on Liberty Ave & 120th Street Richmond Hill? Also all ATMs and other services should be done at night off peak hours. Customers are charge monthly fees however not having functioning ATMs, long lines and rude staff. To the TD Bank Liberty Ave manager, you are doing a terrible job if you can’t advise your staff to be respectful to customers and escalate ATM issues with TD Bank leadership. Horrible bank and horrible service. My experience is with the rude and disrespectful Eshwardai (customer service agent). Eshwardai you get paid to do a job, answer questions and provide information, if you can’t do all those things respectfully, please get another job. Manager at TD Bank Liberty Ave & 120th street Richmond Hill, please do better, this TD Bank and this TD Bank staff are horrible, rude and disrespectful. I don’t have an issue at any other TD Bank but this Liberty Ave &120th street location. So clearly it’s a staff and management issues. Do better and be better for your customers.
