- MSmm ssMar 2, 20231.0This is the worst bank branch I've ever been to. The ATM is constantly broken, whether "unable to print receipts" or simply not functional. When I left my Debit card in the ATM one time, the bank chose to destroy it rather than have me come pick it up, forcing me to wait 2 weeks to be able to use MY money, waiting for a whole new card with new numbers, which of course meant running into many issues with any auto-pay I use the card for. The branch near my house at least called me and let me come to pick it up without all the drama in the past. Just pulled up and once again the ATM is unusable. This is a super rich area, why is such a basic expectation like a functioning ATM so out of reach? 4/28 - broken again! 5/18 - broken again! 6/26 - broken again! 7/26 - broken again! 8/28 - broken again! 9/8 - broken again!
