However, I was in there recently and had to wait a long time in line for no apparent reason. I was the only one in line, and there were five TD employees in the bank, however there was only one employee teller for both the front of the bank and the drive-up window. He kept running back and forth, while I stood in line. Finally, one of the managers came to help.
