When I asked to speak to Regional manager Dana I was told that she is busy with the meetings. They don’t care about their clients. Do not take your money to this bank ever. You will be sorry. instead of earning interest they are charging me penalty that they had told me not to worry about at the time of transaction. I should have kept Jovia as my bank. They were the best.
