- TGTommy GalleryAug 21, 20221.0Been using this bank at this location since it was Wacovia. Have always been able to slide my card in and get to the atm but showed up today to find a new reader on the door. As you can see clearly there is a sticker saying 24 hour atm access next to a sticker with numerous instructions, all poorly written, on how to use the new reader. One portion says the light must be amber for it to "open" with no explanation of why it's red now. So for the first time ever I can't access the atm and I have no idea why. Thanks alot Wells Fargo. My parents set up my savings when I was young so I have kept my checking here but this really makes me want to swap to Bank of America.
