- KAKatie AgelisNov 17, 20251.0I have been with TD bank since they were commerce bank and have never had issues with them absolutely loved everyone there at the Shirley branch until today … the supposed “ manager” Christina we watched her being rude to another elderly lady before us and dismissed the poor lady and then it was our turn .Not only was she rude and unprofessional she should have consequences for her behavior and definetly should not be in a management position ! I am beyond disgusted with her and will be speaking to corporate regarding the fact that she makes a customer feel as if they are lying is completely unacceptable! If you don’t know how to be a human being in customer service it’s time to find another job Ms.Christina .We would never treat people the way you did today shame on you !

Every visit feels welcoming ,they’re professional, patient, and genuinely care about helping customers. Frankie goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly, always greeting people with kindness and efficiency. The ladies at this branch are also incredibly polite and friendly, creating a positive and comfortable atmosphere. Even the security team is respectful and welcoming, always greeting customers with professionalism. The whole staff works well, friendly faces, great energy, and real dedication to service. Highly recommend this branch to anyone who appreciates good people and excellent customer care.
