- DLD LMar 12, 20254.0Aside from recent 3rd party that caused diverse serious issues even lawsuits,the Tellers and employees are very helpful and nice. Sadly this bank is nowhere where it was not long ago. For example,no more financial advisors. Overall it's still a decent bank, but switched for my reasons.

- CCCathy ClaytonJun 18, 20211.0Twice in a matter of one month, the teller (drive-up window) made a mistake in favor of the bank by either $100+ or $200+. They gave a lame excuse that the checks/money orders cannot be read properly. All of a sudden? Meanwhile, one of the money orders I deposited was typed by another bank, nothing handwritten ... so, we know this is NOT the case. The manager gave this lame excuse as well, but don't fall for it. They need employees who are competent and are able to calculate the amounts correctly in order not to waste a customer's time and short change them when deposits are being made. Will take my business elsewhere.
- JWJason WagnerJan 1, 20201.0Tuesday December 31st came to the bank at 2pm and the doors were locked. There were no signs or notifications of any kind saying the bank was closing early. Last time I checked new year's eve is not a holiday. There were several customers standing at the door and even though we could see several bank employees on the floor none of them would take one second to tell us anything. Was very shocked to be treated like that like I wasn't even standing there. Cmon capital one... You can do way better!!!
