- KKKonstantineNov 5, 20251.0Horrible bank! Just went in to cash a citibank check and deposit half into my account and it turned out to be an impossible task. I asked the bank manager how long this is going to take because I was standing in front of the teller for 20 minutes trying to complete a 2 minute task. The bank manager gave me an attitude and said it will take as long as it takes. The manager was so useless he handed a phone # to the teller to call for help because the bank manager couldn't help.

And no matter what number you call absolutely no one can help you. You just get transferred from one number to the next.
