The teller was nice and was trying to help until Jennifer came over and started to Rudely explain that I couldn't withdraw without id. I'm glad she chose to be so aggressive about being rude because this was my last straw with trustco. For the most part the service at trustco is terrible. There are a few that are worth it but not enough. i needed to buy food and need gas in my car. I understand fraud, and the want to stop it. But I also understand customer service and I was not offered any today. I will be closing my account with trustco to use my other bank where the customer service is not lacking in almost every department/ store
