I took her up to this branch the same day. We were assisted by Alla. Not only did she file the dispute immediately, but took the time to explain the process to my grandmother. Easing all of her concerns. It's the fact that she not only took the time to do her job properly, but also treated my grandmother like a person and eased her worries. Even bringing over a little box of tissues for her. She's a fantastic manager. The entire staff was incredibly friendly. Thank you so much for giving your customers such compassionate care.
