Unfortunately due to what looks like hate groups protesting on the bank ground area. I'm not sure why the bank isn't having these people removed from the property as it is uncomfortable to conduct business here at this time.

She was nice, but failed to type in my correct name from my Driver's License into the computer, causing them to request for me to come back in to provide another form of identity. Their hours are during my working hours, so 2 months later, my account is still unusable. Got a vacation day to go into the branch to remedy the situation and provide my SS card. Just got a letter in the mail saying my account was canceled and an email saying my new card was sent. Not sure which one is it?!! I called customer service because the branch is closed for the Monday holiday and they are giving me the run around that I need to call a different number. I asked to speak with a manager and while on hold, they hung up on me. We wanted to open this account because it is close, but save yourself the hassle! Not worth it. I can not trust my money with people that can't even input data correctly, nor can they resolve the issue without giving me the run around! Terrible business! Terrible customer service! There are tons of banks, bank elsewhere if your time and energy and money is valuable to you! 6 months later...no contact from the bank, haven't gone to get my money out because it is during my work hours and no card to access my money. Fantastic way to save I suppose (sarcasm).
