Don’t deposit your money in this bank and especially via mobile deposit. They will put long unnecessary holds on your money. after decades long relationship this branch especially go out of there way to value that at zero. Be aware and bank and invest elsewhere. KeyBank you should be ashamed this is how you allow your company to be represented.

So everything will be much more cheaper, and affordable in a safe way. - LMLady Caitlin MageeOct 16, 20181.0I had a dispute with my credit card and was refunded the full amount without being asked for any more information.I was told by the customer service people that I was all set. Then I noticed the refund was taken back out making me owe them $105 instead. I tried calling the dispute department and they never answered the phone, making me wait for over an hour. I tried calling 3 separate times and they never answered the phone, keeping me on hold for over 45 mins each time. So I went to this branch and spoke to one customer service woman who couldn’t help me because she couldn’t access the paperwork that I needed to sign. Even though the papers were suppose to be ready for me there. I then came back a second time and spoke to the assistant manager and he tried calling the dispute center and we waited for 30 mins for them to pick up and they never did. The customer service level is beyond low quality and for the dispute center to not answer the phone makes me very unhappy and I will be closing my accounts. This is not a good bank to do business with if this is how they treat their customers.
