- EPErik PosnerAug 16, 20243.0The branch is well run when it's open. Too bad if you work M-F 9am-4pm like so much of the workforce. These hours make it inaccessible. They really should be open some other hours, like maybe on Saturday, like so many other banks. It seems that Key really only cares about its commercial clients. Thank you for your response, however there are many transactions that must be done in person, such as accessing a safety deposit box that can't be done virtually or at a different location.
