- MLMichael LudwigSep 8, 20235.0I have used this branch for years, done a few HEL transactions and mortgage closings plus some regular banking and the staff has been extremely professional, responsive and helpful. Calls were ALWAYS returned - which is not the case for other banks I do business wirh.

The teller asked for more than 2 forms of verification and told him that it was because he was not their "normal" customer. He called the manager over to intervene and the manager was unhelpful. This behavior from the teller and manager is absolutely unacceptable. If you are a person of color, would not recommend banking here.
