  After over two decades of banking at TD Bank, I had my first, very negative experience with this branch, with manager Nada Vrdoljak. My non-profit Girl Scouts account was incorrectly charged a $10 monthly maintanence fee by TD Bank (it should not have been charged any fees) for 7 months, for reasons that aren't clear. This caused the account to go into a -$24 overdraft and be closed. When I found out about the problem, I brought it to the bank's attention. The manager Nada informed me that since my account had been closed, I could not be refunded the money that TD Bank incorrectly charged to the account. Eventhough it was a bank error that ran the account balance into the negative money and ultimately caused the account to be closed, she informed me there was nothing to be done. I was and remain utterly shocked that a bank manager would refuse to take any accountability for her bank's error and offer any solutions. It is truly a small amount of money ($46), but it is the principle that matters. TD Bank incorrectly took $46 from a Girl Scout troop, causing their account to be closed in error, and refused to offer any resolution. Nada told me that it was my responsibility to carefully monitor my accounts and make the bank aware of any errors it may make within 30 days. Apparently, the bank can randomly begin charging you small fees on an account that is supposed to have no fees and no minimum balance and it is okay for them to keep this money if you don't catch them in the act. Thankfully, the individuals at the Yonkers branch were much more helpful, apologetic, and had no difficulty assisting in this matter. I don't believe this is a TD Bank issue, because I've had many helpful positive interactions, but a specific issue to this branch.

  Probably the worst branch in the system. Never a manager here. Nobody cares. Horrible bank and even worse branch. Waited 30 minutes for teller who told me she could not give me the change I needed. No longer America’s Most Convenient Bank. Now America’s Most Useless Bank.

  Customer service by the teller Sudeepa was horrible! Treated me like I was a criminal! She Asked 2 other workers if she could cash a check and I provided 2 forms of ID and it was a TD check!! She refused to cash the check! Disgusting!

  After 10+ years of doing business with this bank they would not process my deposit and told me i have to call the manager tomorrow - I thought this was the worlds most convenient bank - LOL - def not. I will be switching banks.
