The team at this location is exceptional. Ashley Charpentier (Branch Manager) is both professional and personable, and a true asset to Trustco Bank. She is always there to greet her customers with a friendly smile. During my most recent visit, I had a question regarding my check reorder. Before I could thank her for her assistance, the order was placed and I had a printed confirmation in hand. Ashley is the perfect example of an excellent manager. Her team is also top notch. Thanks to Patrick, Satin and Shan, transactions are easy and accurate. In addition, the branch is always welcoming and immaculate.
