- ACali cat3 days ago1.0The manager Himani or whatever her name is needs to be replaced. How can you work in a customer facing job and be so ignorant and rude to a customer. The gentleman who was helping me was so kind, and then she walks over and starts belittling him. This is the standard you hold this branch to? I’m switching banks because you guys can’t seem to hire competent management. I’ve worked in customer service for over ten years. That woman needs to get a job where she is not interacting with people. She has a rude disposition and is useless. Do better.

Guess what number I still have confirmation messages come to? Also, as for bank associates they are hyper uneducated in money services and basically don't know anything outside the box of basic week training. Just keeping my account there as a spare one and left for Chase. Way better experience.
