    This bank is truly a life saver! It’s been a couple of years since I joined this bank, I appreciate the banker introducing me to custom cash credit card. I am ready to increase my credit limit in my credit card and within a few years possibly see if I can update my credit card to double cash. Also, I love this feature where no matter what purchase you buy the money goes to your savings account. My goal is to build my savings up so my boyfriend and I can finally close the distance and live together.

    The truth is that it is quite unpleasant to go to that location, I have been dragging problems with my account for a month and without being able to solve them. I got tired of hearing things like "I don't know what's going on" I don't know how to do it" "the system won't let me". I'm tired of wasting my time in that place, I've been leaving the White Plains location and they only need a phone call and 10 minutes to solve what they haven't done in Rye in weeks, it's not the first time I have a Rye problem related to the inoperation of those who work there, I won't set foot there again..

    I opened an account in April 2018 at this Citibank branch. At the moment of opening the checking account there was a promotion in which I would receive 400 USD if I brought a certain amount of money to the account. This is as per promotion WDPUHXJRR9 ‘Make the Move Now to Make a Cash Bonus’. All documents were fully filled at the moment together with the branch’s financial advisor. After almost 2 years, I am still chasing Citibank via Customer Service for getting this money paid into my checking account. Pity! Very Disappointing... For those in the corporate world: this is a clear example of how a big bank neglects customer centricity as part of standard corporate strategies.

    good bank been with them for years i come to this branch pretty often. has handicapped accessible parking lot and each access atms and desk.
