The reason was because she was making too many withdrawals this month. She spoke to a security advisor by the name of Tom Costello Saturday and explained to him her concerns of not having any money and having to also pay and aid to help her during the week. Even though it wasn’t any of his business she gave him the courtesy of a response. So what does he do? Locked her account. My poor mom was crying cause she had flashbacks of the depression when she was younger and lived through that! How disgusting doing this to a 90 year old woman!!!!
