    3 Philippines based service reps offered 3 DIFFERENT answers to the same issue, without explanation as to why the others got it wrong, nor any taking ownership of the problem caused by their inconsistency. 2 personal accounts have different relationship tiers , thus, diff fees; I asked if they can be the same tier, they said “it doesn’t appear so”, no further explanation, no promises that they can always adjust the fees to be equal. When I said their answer sounds uncertain, they just kept repeating “it doesn’t appear that we can make them the same tear”. 3 Deductions by Citibank in my Citi account, the smallest of which is almost $300, when I asked what the deductions are for, “no information is provided“. I told them that was unacceptable and I wanted to dispute the charges . They said “let’s first check with the credit card”. The thought was maybe one of them was an automatic payment on a citi credit card. I said “but there are three charges, even if one of them is that, it’s not properly identified, and what would I do about the other two?“. They said let’s resolve which one is from the credit card first, and I asked if they would stay on the phone with me, they didn’t answer, plugged me into credit card customer service, which had a 30 minute wait. They left the other two charges unattended. Can’t get to a rep on the phone - Each time I call it’s like 10 minutes of options and “sorry, we didn’t understand your response”. They don’t accept “0” as an option, nor do they accept “representative”, which demonstrates their commitment to Customer Service is nonexistent. Can’t adjust daily online check deposit limits. The rep said it’s $5000 allowed to be deposited per day, 10,000 per month. The app itself said 10,000 per day, 25,000 per month. When I asked the representative to explain the discrepancy, the first rep said the app is wrong, I called back and the second rep said the same object limit information as the first, but when I read him the discrepancy, he came back to me and told me the app was right. This is after giving me incorrect information to start. This is the second example in this review of inconsistent answers from phone representatives at Citibank. Lots more. Go to UBS . I use them and they’re *perfect*

    I'm a huge fan of this branch and the people that work there, especially Natalie, the Branch Manager. While I'm not a big fan of Citi's web platform and apps, Natalie and her staff are the reason I continue to bank with Citi.
