I scheduled an appointment several days in advance to avoid waiting in line. However, when I arrived before my appointment time and informed the staff that I had an appointment, the representative still took another customer ahead of me. As a result, I ended up waiting for 30 minutes. This made me question the purpose of scheduling an appointment if walk-in customers are prioritized anyway. Additionally, the overall atmosphere was unwelcoming. The manager made unnecessary comments about my home address not being in the area. In the end, I did not receive all the assistance I expected and spent 30 minutes more than anticipated.
