  If I could Give zero stars I would. I salted vehicle at generation Kia in Bohemia. They issued me a check drawn from this bank this branch in Bohemia, and told me that I could go and cash it. I went to the branch in Bohemia because I needed the money right away and my bank would’ve put a seven day hold on it because My bank wouldn’t cleared right away and told me to go to the bank where it was drawn from from when I got two ladies One of them being the branch manager refused to cash my check Which was drawn on their bank and gave me some cockamamie story about how they don’t catch for non-customers so I said OK I’ll open up an account and then she said no no matter what you say or do she told me we’re not going to cash this check even though this check was with their bank or they had to do is look at the account call generation Kia and verify that the check was good but instead they treated us like we were trying to perpetuate a fraud, even the word fraud, and actually said the word fraud to us when all we were trying to do with proper identification tons of it was cash our check that was given to us by their customer to their Bank Customer customer service treat us like we were criminals. I’m a retired police officer and now a nurse now a nurse and my husband is a lawyer. We are Hard-working pillars of society and we were treated like Absolute bombs. This is horrible disgusting behavior. I would never do business with dime bank. I was going to open an account there never that’s the way you treat your customers absolutely not!!!!
