  I went to this bank to resolve a disputed transaction, but the representative did not trying to understand my issue or help me. He also gave me incorrect information, claiming that customer service was unavailable instead of filing a claim on my behalf.

  Dont use this bank. There is missing funds from my account and after paying off my credit card they still charged me a late fee.

  Bald guy who works there is extremely rude. Been banking with capital one for years and don't need an attitude from a bank employee. Third time going to this branch and everytime he has an attitude with customers. Awful experience.

  Horrible customer service. Waiting in the drive thru i see them laughing talking but it takes them forever to come to the window and help. They dont greet nothing. After the deposit i say ‘thankyou’ lady didnt even say a word. Seriously if you dont like working there find yourself a different job. I havent seen not one person with smile on there faces. Disgusting

  Misleading offers: I kept on receiving emails from capital one for special offer where they were claiming to provide 0% APR for more than 2 year(don’t remeber the number) that’s the reason I applied for the card. I clicked the link from my email and I received card in like 20 days. I had 3k credit limit which is the lowest among all my CC. After using this for 2 months now today i see 58 $ interest eventhough i was paying minimum charge everymonth. I called in customer support and came to know that i have platinum card and it has no offers and so i have to payoff everything or they will charge me 19% interest every month. I paid off everything and threw the card in trash 🗑.
