- TTToriDec 19, 20252.0Bethany is awful! Every time I get her she has some sort of lousy attitude and today she rolled her eyes at me at the drive thru window because I paused to see how much money I wanted to withdraw. I went inside to talk with the branch manager Terry Hartman who is a complete joke! He goes "I didn't see her roll her eyes", well maybe because he wasn't anywhere near the incident when it happened! He also kept randomly saying in a sarcastic tone "What can I help you with?" when I was clearly explaining to him what the problem was. Who even acts like that as a branch manager?! Part of Terry's job is to take any complaints, big or small that is brought to him seriously and not act like it's an inconvenience. I found him to be very dismissive, careless and unprofessional as a branch manager who obviously has no respect for the patrons who've been with the bank for years. Bethany and Terry are both poor reflections of the KeyBank company! Only reason I gave an extra star was because the other employees that work there are always so kind to me, otherwise I would have given a one star.

I have had personal and business accounts in 5 different local banks and Key Bank is kept my business for over 20 years. Thank you for being my bank.
