You had my drivers license, and the check was drawn from YOUR bank.... You can't explain the stupidity in the response or your new "rules" My cousin wrote a check to me from their business account at Keybank. I have always just gone thru the drive thru and cashed it with my license attached since I'm not a member. Today I went thru the drive thru to cash a check and was told since I'm not a member I would have to come inside to cash it for security reasons....Explain to me how that makes any sense?

He is autistic and sometimes has a hard time with repetition, he forgot to include his middle initial on three sheets. Not abnormal, not an issue he can just scribble in his middle initial. Audra made an extremely rude comment by saying, he did this three times and he still can't remember. Then explained he is autistic and struggles with repetition. She is extremely ableist, bitter, nasty and a rude human. Karma is all I gotta say.

Customer service is a stressful job. After all, they gotta deal with various characters, on a daily basis. Even with technology, it takes time to handle transactions of multiple customers. Most people are just impatient, whatever business they are in. And it's quite..."Shocking," how people translate words to being...inappropriate. Those customers are quite simply...Snowflakes. I've been a customer for two years. Have had zero issues with Keybank. If ya find a better financial institution...good-for-you.
