- BDBarbara DaleySep 4, 20253.0I have been with AmeriCU since 1990 and have always loved your bank. My only gripe is your new phone system is the absolute worst. Crappy customer service is the thing that make people leave organizations. It shouldn't be an endless maze of nonsense trying to talk to someone.
- MTMelissa TaylorAug 15, 20251.0Terrible place - my elderly mothers credit card points reward check was stolen and then cashed at this branch using her own name ( not even close to my moms name ) apparently, they never asked this date for ID or anything because they deposit it to her account. Now my mother has spent days and hours on the phone with them trying to get some assistance. Today they told her that all the power was out and they couldn’t help her what a bunch of liars or something shady going on at this particular credit union branch.
