I went to the oneida branch 5 time and they had me phone their activation service in India. Whe I remarked about their service in India the guy and the branch scoofed at me. I have the card so that zi can help my elderly relat8ve. Americu and their BS advertising.

Sadly, my mortgage is still through them and they never sent me my tax forms. I have called, emailed, and nothing. The website had nothing. Now I'm having to file an extension because they haven't been able to help me even though I contacted them weeks ago. Thank goodness I'm selling soon since I am so sick of dealing with them.
