  Great experience. Came here with my sister to sort out PoAs on our father's bank account. Our experience was wildly different than the reviews. First, there were multiple tellers and desk staff. Not sure where the waiting complaints are from. Second, we were substantively helped on both visits (this is a welcome change from the usual rigmarole when dealing with an incapacitated parent that didn't plan ahead), and our "to-do" list was not insubstantial. Thanks to everyone.

  The days of having more than a couple of tellers is Over.Longer waiting time indoors and out side.

  Insanely understaffed. Please hire more people!! 30 minute wait at the drive thru simply to deposit a check

  The bank that loves to say no. Simple transaction become an ordeal. Understaffed! One teller working both drive up window and lobby window AND on the phone. Mobile app often down or unresponsive. I had been an Astoria customer for over 40 years without any issues. Sterling ruined them. I am close to moving my accounts to another bank.
