  I had a savings account and my $200 was sent to unclaimed funds because of inactivity. NYState did not have the funds. After several phone calls, a supervisor discovered the funds were sent to a different state in which I moved to. Problem solved

  My fiance and I went to this branch so I can open up a bank account. Prior to going to the location, I called corporate to make sure I had all the right paperwork/info needed to open another account (I'm currently a joint account holder) Anyway, Another reason for opening the new account was to deposit an e-check. I was told by a representative from corporate that my fiance can endorse the e-check to me to deposit in my account as long as he was there. The loan/account officer, Christine I believe her name was, was super sweet. But what didn't make sense was when she said "That corporates rules are different than what we accept here" How does that make any sense? Corporate supersedes ALL the branches & MAKES ALL THE RULES. Make that make sense. But here's were the issue came in, we didn't catch the ladies' name but she had to have been a manager/notary public. She came over with a horrible attitude and was insinuating that the check was fraudulent, just bc were younger & its bc of the amount of the check was for. She was belittling us & asking questions that were irrelevant to any of what we were talking about. She said what she said and walked away. So we had come to a conclusion with Christine or Christina (sorry I didnt catch you're actual name but it was definitely one of those) & were talking about SOMETHING ELSE. The rude manager chimed in and said "you can go back & fourth with her on it for an hour but I'm not signing off on it" So I said to her "we're not even talking about that anymore, we're talking about something else." This manager was sooo rude & unprofessional (Karen status if you will) I'm surprised she even still has a job there soley bc of the way she talks to people who have accounts there. Bc prior to opening another account, I was already a customer there. I'll be contacting corporate about her. As far as the loan officer goes, like I stated above, was sweet & everybody else was nice except the manager or whoever she was. The way she treated us was completely disrespectful & insinuating like we are trying to commit a crime.

  Service is very short with comments. Not friendly at all. Couldn’t go in bank at 2:00 PM. Went back in car to go to drive through. When asked why the front door was closed, got a sharp answer that 3 people called off. So only drive through was opened. Just love to come back at this branch to get the warm welcome. Enough is going on in this world. I don’t need rudeness also

  They have always been helpful and courteous with me and I love their convenient hours. They understand the working man better than any other bank
