The tellers go out of there way to recognize us & remember our names. It's a personal touch of each branch. We have also used the bank for other services, and have had nothing but top notch service. Another thing I appreciate about the bank, is they don't nickel and dime you on service fees alike other banks. Rather I have an acct with them or not, they understand if I'm happy with there services, I'm more likely to refer others to them.
