They promptly helped me and made my experience with KeyBank better. Today was my second time back and again was greeted with Hellos and taken care of promptly. Amazing and wonderful staff here! Thanks for making it right for me! 😊
- KVKristina ValvassoriDec 22, 20211.0I called at 9am to let the bank know I was making a large withdrawal. The person who answered the phone stated they needed 30 minutes prior to me coming. I called at 11am to inform them I would be there at 11:30am. She informed me that is lunch time an they could not accommodate my request. I asked to speak with the branch manager who informed me that lunch was not the reason, it was that I needed an appointment for security reasons. They needed 2 people to access the money and I had to wait for an available appointment. The branch manager was condescending and implied that I did not understand their security procedures. When, in fact, I did understand. What I wasn't clear on was why I was told misinformation from 2 previous employees and now I was being inconvenienced. I just wanted my money in a timely fashion.

I walked into the bank around 2ish with my mask, wallet, car keys, in my hand. i opened the door and Evelyn Rodriguez yelled from across the building " YOU ARE TO PUT YOUR MASK ON OUTSIDE THOSE DOORS..there was not a customer in the building only herself, Mr Dellio (another teller) and a platform representative, she yelled so loud that she literally scared me and i told her i wasn't near anyone. I felt like i was in second grade, i know i to put a mask on, i believe in that! I would not go to her because of her attitude and tone, i told mr Dellio that I was going to report her, he snapped back and said for what, (they work together so i figured not to say anything more) she overheard me and yelled "do you want my name its Evelyn Rodriguez" i felt like she was trying to intimidate me. Then she proceeded to say"do you want my card" i have it here ..i felt like she was antagonizing me to start a verbal fight. I walked away looking and i said to who i thought was her boss ( the lady that was working the platform) i have never been talked down to like she has to me. She the platform lady apologized to me. I will never go there, i called customer service and reported this and asked for a call back. I got nothing yet. I AM GOING TO CHANGE MY BANK!
