- DIDe IslandsDec 27, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience with customer service at this branch. A staff member I spoke with on the phone repeatedly interrupted me and was dismissive while I was explaining my issue. She had a very unpleasant tone and her attitude was nasty. After speaking with customer service, I was told the branch should be able to assist me through identity verification. When I visited the branch, the tellers initially tried to help, but the same staff member from the phone call recognized me, interrupted the interaction, and stated again that nothing could be done. She refused to contact customer service for clarification and walked away without offering further assistance. After leaving the branch, I contacted customer service again and they were able to resolve my issue, which confirmed that the situation was solvable. Unfortunately, the in-branch experience was unprofessional and discouraging.
