The gentleman that helped me was William. I found William to be professional and courteous. 5 stars for William.

I have a checking account with them and I received an email that I was PRE-APPROVED for a loan and I could get the loan amount in as little as 48 hours. If you get one if those emails, it’s an outright lie. You aren’t pre-approved and after 2 weeks of multiple questions and giving them everything about my job and finances, I was denied. I would never have completed an application if I had known the “pre approval “ claim was baloney. I let them do a hard credit check which lowered my score for absolutely no freaking reason. This smacks of bait and switch and I’m reporting them.
