I presented my drivers license to cash a check, and was then told I needed either my debit card (which I don't carry around) or input my social security number into a non secured and fully visible to everyone around me pad. I was then told without that I would need two forms of ID. Ridiculous gatekeeping of money. What a great response. Go to a website and input a number to a cold soulless AI chat.

Luke Tierney noticed that I had some really old accounts and went out of his way to call me to get my accounts up to date with the most recent benefits. The customer service I received from him the moment I walked in through the door was top notch and it’ll keep me coming to KeyBank for years to come. Luke if you see this, thank you man. You really made it a pleasant experience despite the fact that dealing with money and accounts can get stressful at times and I appreciate it!
