- SWSusie WellsAug 15, 20255.0All the staff at this bank are terrific. But don’t try to use the drive-thru teller 4-5 p m as people with large amounts of transactions keep the drive-thru teller tied up for long periods of time.

Krystal Carroll was the one that worked with me to help me do what I had to do and it was an extremely pleasant experience. I’m normally very nervous when it comes to dealing with financial accounts but she made everything easy and she’s a very sweet girl. You guys at KeyBank better be paying her enough because her customer service is top notch, 10/10 would go back again. My experience there was enough to make me not want to switch banks.
