- DHDavid HackNov 24, 20255.0Revised Review: There was an issue with the drive-up ATM at the Elmgrove Road Keybank location. The ATM wasn't working as fast as I have known it to be, or there was a glitch that made it run slow, and I ended up having to drive away not receiving my $40.00 cash withdrawal. I brought this up with Keybank the next day, and reported the incident. At first Keybank decided not to credit me for the $40.00 withdrawal I never received from the ATM. Then upon making another request for then to look into the matter, Keybank then reimbursed me for the $40.00 that was never received, by me, from the bank ATM. Based on my last "1 Star" review, I'm now changing my review to a "5 Star" instead. I was impressed Keybank resolved this ATM issue. Overall, I'm very satisfied with both my savings and checking accounts being with Keybank for over the last ten years or more. I especially like their mobile app, it seems to work flawlessly!
