She didn't have any patience and simply told me to wait for a letter in the mail. This is my account and I needed help. She was rude, not patient and lacked customer service skills. I went into my local bank like never before mostly use ATM or online banking but I had an important issue and by just glancing at the rating for the bank. I understand why my service was so poor. I guess I just want to add onto it the young lady at the desk. I was just trying to get some information regarding a return check to my account. Didn’t even make an effort for my bank information or open up my account just told me I needed to wait for the mail to come in with my information. Definitely unfortunate. I drove down the road to 80th St. TD Bank and within 10 minutes they were able to print up my request And definitely made my day.
