The older woman (grey hair) that we spoke to was useless. She had no advice for us, and told us everything was online. She then gave us a phone number we could call? Isn’t she an advisor? We were confused as to why all of this couldn’t have been done in-person at the branch, or wasn’t obviously a basic thing she could have set up. We both felt like she didn’t want to help us. And made us rethink putting our money here.
