- KKKathy KurolyAug 17, 20222.0Platform staff is there to sell product. If you have a mortgage with Webster you are instructed to call that department. They seem to be a totally separate entity. Platform staff attempted to help me, but were told they couldn't talk to them. I was there...very frustrating, if it wasn't so difficult to move all my banking I would do so. Virtually no interest on savings and so on!
