- BBBeehivequeen1955Nov 14, 20251.0I have been a customer if this bank for over 25 years. Recently I had an issue that should have had a common sense solution. Unfortunately they told me I would have to close all my accounts (debit card, credit card and checking account.) This was literally over a $10.50 issue. Anyone who had to do this knows the difficulty this causes. One of the long employees said she would expedite this matter. We'll its now been two days and no answer. You can never speak to anyone in the branch directly. You need to go through the call center. You need to physically show up at the bank if you have an issue and need to speak to someone at the branch. No calls can be routed to the branch according to Flavio at the call center. I am so upset about this entire experience. I hope to now find a bank that has common sense solutions and personal service.

Just love making things difficult. Service has gotten worse and worse with each bank sell off. Was best bank when they were Astoria and downhill ever since.
