I went to the Rego Park location today after making an appointment and we were taken back right at the time of our appointment. I came in to add my fiancée to my account. Christina helped us through the process and was amazing! We had our toddler with us and she even made sure he was taken care of. She gave him a little mini piggy bank. She was so pleasant and professional.
