- ZCZahra CAug 27, 20251.0I have been banking with CITI for over 10 years and this is the WORST service I have ever recieved at a branch, internationally. There are no tellers behind the windows, and the managers are extremely unhelpful. There’s waiting for over an hour for simple banking tasks. 0 stars if I could. Edit: after writing this review I would like to take this review to a -10 as this is the only branch near me, I got a cashiers cheque at 2:01 PM, dropped it off at my landlords office and then recieved a call at 5:40 PM about the teller not having endorsed the cheque. So tomorrow I will have to go down to my landlords office, ask for the cheque back and have it endorsed and drop it off again. Complete waste of time branch tbh.
