There are no tellers behind the windows, and the managers are extremely unhelpful. There’s waiting for over an hour for simple banking tasks. 0 stars if I could.

However, in a couple of days, they charged me $26. When I came to bank, one lady said this is because I ordered checks book. What a hell?! Please inform your customers when they open an account that checks book order is set up by default and you charge 26 dollars for that!!!!
