- MEMonsep Enriquezt6 days ago1.0My experience at this bank was very disappointing. The service was poor and the wait times were extremely long. The staff is not pleasant and often treats customers as if they don’t know anything. What’s even worse is that customers are expected to handle many of the services themselves—such as transfers or opening accounts—so it makes you wonder what the purpose of having staff there even is. Overall, the long wait times and lack of customer service make this a very frustrating place to visit.

Bank teller Deepa just wants to simply sit at the window and do nothing. She provides the worst customer service. If this branch keeps careless, customers will transfer funds out to other banks. Deepa: you will thank me later after you lose your job!

I simply go there every month to deposit money to my mother’s account showing proper ID. Bank teller Sheryl body language non friendly and impatient to help customers. Sheryl attitude directly impacts the customer's perception of the of this capital one bank.
