I’m waiting there 10 minutes and they decide to take somebody else over me because they don’t wanna be bothered helping me with real situation! horrible when this is your money and this is how they treat you!
- DBDeron BqApr 2, 20241.0I opened a new account earlier this year and I never recieved my account number and I discovered some errors in my credit report and discovered an incorrect address on my mhv statements and i went to the red hook branch to report incorrect address to correct it and the lady in the office is rude she told me to have a seat ,turned her computer to keep me from viewing it and she lied and denied anything wrong and she is violating the civil rights to view reports and statements that the errors can continue to be the issues.

It's nice to be able to walk in and be greeted with vibrant smiles every time I visit or even call. Seeing the same staff in the bank for years has been huge for "relationship banking". Extremely polite and helpful, it makes banking a pleasurable experience. Other institutions should really take note!
