- JWJoseph Van WieJul 5, 20241.0Every Friday I go to the same KeyBank, the same time, same truck, same uniform & I get the same teller except for tonight I got a teller that acted like I was bothering her. The part that pisses me off is they look at me and say can I see your ID. Every week I go there with a personal check from my KeyBank checking account for $100.00 cash. I don’t carry my wallet on my person it’s always in my work bag. I could see if I came at a different time, different vehicle, different day. A couple years ago there was some very professional people working there& very happy to help you & I used to look forward going there! Now I am actually thinking of going to another branch or bank.
