- MMMichelleAug 27, 20255.0Outstanding service. Very friendly staff. Wonderful, professional, and courteous. Oana went above and beyond to ensure my oversees transfer was safe and secure. She is a definite asset and incredible at customer service . Even cleaned up the mess the Hudson Falls branch “assistant manager” made. Only recommendation would be some form of seating as you wait for tellers inside. It can be very busy and with the personalized service waits can be a bit lengthy. Great job everyone!
- AKAnnie KraftAug 14, 20251.0I never write reviews but I just feel like I have to. I had an appointment that I was told was going to be with Megon, but ended up with Oana. I just started a small local business and wanted to open a business account (in addition to my regular checking and savings accounts that I have at TD). My boyfriend, who also owns a business, instructed me to go to the county clerk and get all of my DBA paperwork so that I could bring it to the bank and open the account, no problem. Upon my appointment with Oana, she gave me a very difficult time with the address of the business, and even with my website since I didn't buy a custom domain yet. She would not help me or work with me at all and sent me away without opening the account. Later that say I went to a different TD bank branch, and was helped by the assistant manager who had no issue opening the account for me, and printing me both a business debit and credit card. If I hadn't had such a pleasant experience at the second branch, I probably would've switched banks altogether. I usually have a good experience here, but this was just so frustrating, and I felt that as the customer providing YOU with business, I would've liked the help the first time.
