The sole front desk receptionist was not aptly trained by the management in account opening procedures and was clearly fumbling. It was 9:35 am and more experienced staff slowly started to trickle in. Instead of pitching in to save the rookie clerk from embarrasment, they were blaming me for not budgeting more time . The last person even scolded us for being very aggressive. One hour to0 open a simple MM account. With this type of attitude, this bank issure to lose more customers. Time for management to do serious introspection on how to improve upon the customer service experience. Very rude staff.
