Received text message that I am number 3 in line and waited till 2:08. Later I was informed by a Clark that he cannot help me…. I know bank closes on Sunday at 2. If they can not help me after 2 why the hell they make me wait until 2:08. I waisted my time waiting and no body bothered to come to me and let me know that sorry the other services taking longer time and after 2 we are not able to provide service. There was a security guard and one other Clark who was working. No body said anything. That is ridiculous. Doing banking for so long with TD and never had that kind of experience. They should stop hiring those people who doesn’t know how to deal with the customers and the situation. Horrible customer service.
