- JBJessica BrandDec 5, 20251.0Zero stars would be giving them to much credit here. The absolute worst bank I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Go anywhere else but here. They are horrible to deal with for a loan in every single way. And they can't seem to find my house appraisal that was done either and they keep changing the answer daily on whats going on with it and where it is even though the appraiser personally told me they were given it 2 weeks ago. I have been dealing with nothing but bs for 2 months now with them. They told me they can't give me a copy of my appraisal either if they never receive it which all their legal paperwork says they are to give me a copy of it no matter what! And they took a 500 dollar non refundable fee from me the last thing they can do is provide the appraisal to me like they are legally responsible to. Run far away from this bank. Contacting my attorney about it. They will probably comment and give a million excuses as thats what they seem to be great at. I was also not given one apology from the manager here or the loan officer for all my troubles the run around and all the times I explained my dissatisfaction with them which is horrible customer service. I have 22 years of past banking employment and all of its unacceptable!

They charged me a check cashing fee of $7.50 on that donation and would not wave it. EVERY OTHER bank I received a donation from did not charge me a fee. I will NEVER have an account here and urge everyone I know not to do business with them. Everyone and ever business has awesome to me here in Pulaski, NY.......EXEPT THEM. They got their profit on my tragedy. Shame on them!!!
