That $100 deposit wasn't enough to cover the transaction due to THIER FEE so when another withdrawal came in the balance swung negative again. ANOTHER FEE!!!! I could not believe it. Then, when I spoke to the Poughkeepsie branch manager he refused to reverse both fees. He told me since it has been 6 days since the first fee hit, he was not going to reverse it. Do not give these people your business. They do not care about customer satisfaction but hide behind policy. I will be contacting Trustco corporate to express my disgust. DO NOT FALL INTO THE SAME TRAP. Bank elsewhere. Trustco doesn't deserve your business.
