Had an issue earlier today with my son's account being placed in a negative no fault of his due to a charge back from his first check he received from his new employer he just started working at. He deposited the check manually which was submitted completed over his phone into his account In the amount of $277. 16 on Nov 14 2025 through the bank App. However on Nov 19 it was seen as a charge back leaving the amount as negative -$195. 95 . Contacted the bank over the phone on Nov 20 only to be mishandled by 4 different customer support representatives including a rude manager who displayed poor resolution satisfaction and unprofessionalism. Due to the nature of the matter we were told to either find a branch knowing the town we live in does not have any close branches or contact my son's employer to gain assistance. And could care less . I have been with Key Bank for over 13 years never encountered such poor service like we were disposable and invisible. No provision leaving him with his bills not being able to be paid because of this detrimental issue
